ANSYS ACADEMIC PROGRAM PARTNER

ANSYS Academic Partner Program

In 2019 the University of Salerno with the Electromagnetic Fields area became partner of the ANSYS Academic Program. As well known, simulation software is the future of engineering and is committed for putting it in the hands of every engineer. To make an immediate impact on industry, the future generation of engineers needs to come out of our University with experience and expertise in using simulation software. The "ANSYS Academic Partner Program" supports professors to teach physics principles of electromagnetic fields, researchers to solve complex engineering problems and postgraduate students to produce data for their master's theses or doctoral dissertations. Moreover, students, provided with a full academic license, are able to use the ANSYS software also outside of the University, thus gaining a deep knowledge of its capabilities.

Welcome to MMS2022 !

We’re glad to announce that from the 9th to the 13th of May 2022, in the breathtaking scenery of Pizzo Calabro (Calabria Region, South of Italy), the 2022 Mediterranean Microwave Symposium (MMS, 21st edition) will take place.

The conference will cover the entire scope of microwave engineering research, from RF/microwave circuits and systems to antennas and electromagnetic compatibility. Specific focus will be given to research papers focused on microwave industrial applications, including automotive, communication and space areas. MMS2022 is cosponsored by the European Microwave Association (EuMA), the IEEE Italian Chapters on “Antennas and Propagation/Electronic Devices Microwave Theory and Techniques” (AP/ED/MTT) and on “Antennas and Propagation/Microwave Theory and Techniques” (AP/MTT).

M&N Measurement & Networking 2022

Following the success of the first five editions, the 6th IEEE International Symposium M&N 2022 aims to be a forum for researchers and practitioners from industry, academia, government and standardization bodies in the areas of measurement, communications, computer science, wireless systems, sensor networks, and to foster discussion on the role of measurement for networking and of networking in measurement.

IEEE M&N 2022 will be held in Padua, Italy. A unique mix of history, art and modern life, the city celebrates the 800th year of her University and is twice listed in UNESCO World Heritage, for her 14-th century frescoed buildings, and for the Botanic Gardens that will host the conference venue, the oldest of their kind in the world (1545).
